About me

i was first introduced to olympic lifting through CrossFit in 2020, after a year I transitioned into becoming a full time weightlifter.

i have been coaching for 3 years now, working with all abilities of both weightlifting and powerlifting at local, national and international competitions.

You will receive a full training program tailored to you, video review of your lifts and a weekly check in via phone call.

A team program for those who are short on time

A training program that will be updated every 4 weeks with a new training block

a powerlifting program with 4 days focussing on the main lifts and one accessory day.

4 days/ week 6 weeks

this cycle emphasises leg strength, focusing on the back squat, with a bs test on the final day.
